In choosing the AoEC you can be assured that your people will receive training which has been put through highly rigorous accreditation processes.
We have ensured that our courses are accredited and recognised by the largest and most widely recognised bodies in the coaching industry. Our courses are also endorsed academically by Middlesex University. After graduation, participants in our programmes have the option to become accredited individually.
Graduates from both the Certificate and Practitioner programmes will have 57 Coach Specific Training Hours from the 60 required by the International Coach Federation (ICF) at Associated Certified Coach (ACC) level. They will also fully meet the training requirements of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at Practitioner level (equivalent to an undergraduate degree/NVQ level 5) and will have 20 Level 3 credits through Middlesex University.
Graduates from our Advanced Practitioner programme will have 127 Coach Specific Training Hours which is two more than is required by the ICF at Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level. They will also fully meet the training requirements of the EMCC at Senior Practitioner level (equivalent to a postgraduate certificate) and will have 40 Level 7 credits through Middlesex University.
