Barbara Parmegianni - Faculty
Barbara is a Founding Partner and President of Weplusnetwork, the Italian business coaches’ network . She is Adjunct Professor at the European University of Rome and Luiss Business School, where she teaches management skills and leadership development. EMCC Supervisor and Senior Practitioner, she is a Faculty Member of AoEC. Over the course of her career, her anthropological and psychological background has been complemented by joining the business sector and working with Entrepreneurs, Executives and Senior leaders. She has a broad experience in Corporate HR, and she held Managerial and Senior Leadership positions in the Consulting Sector in Italy and Europe. Barbara has a predilection for coaching individuals and groups, whom she wishes to support towards achieving optimal effectiveness and excellence in results.
