Gina Lodge, AoEC CEO says: We are delighted to welcome Natalia Zalesinska as Head of AoEC Poland to our international team. Following a successful career at HSBC, and as an AoEC Advanced Practitioner Diploma graduate, we look forward to supporting the growth and expansion of AoEC open programmes and support for organisations looking to build or embed a coaching philosophy into their business in Poland.
"I was privileged to participate in the Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching with the AoEC, a truly transformational experience. I elected to train through AoEC after intensive research into the training companies in the UK. AoEC was the only one to not only meet the highest industry standards but also have a fantastic ethos, acknowledging people’s individuality and uniqueness which is a point of difference in their coaching that I hold very close to my heart.
I am absolutely thrilled to be entrusted with the launch of this globally recognised, high-quality coaching brand in my home country, Poland. Poland has a rapidly expanding coaching market that together with AoEC, I’m excited to be working in. Building a relationship with the AoEC team has been a wonderful experience and I’m extremely grateful for the unstinting support they have given me in the launch of AoEC Poland.
The business world needs visionary leaders who continue to expand their capabilities and who utilise coaching skills as a vehicle to inspire, connect and engage people and teams. Today’s leaders constantly seek new and creative solutions to both old and emerging issues and AoEC training teaches leaders how to develop their ability to find these answers. AoEC also offers quality training to both aspiring and existing coaches who wish to be accredited executive coaches. Qualifications gained through AoEC adds credibility and prestige to the professional coach and I’m proud to bring this training to Poland."
AoEC offer coaching, triple-accredited coach training, and consulting to individuals and organisations worldwide looking to embrace positive change through empowering people. We currently have a presence in 14 locations across five continents enabling us to reach a global community.
