The AoEC is pleased to announce the launch of its Professional Practitioner CPD Series, offering experienced coaches the opportunity to engage with thought-provoking topics that reflect the social, cultural and ecological realities of the 21st century. This five-month virtual programme provides 25 hours of coach-specific education and is designed to enhance coaching practice through exploration of five key themes.
Participants in the Professional Practitioner CPD Series will join the global cohort of the Professional Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. Eligible coaches must meet or exceed the entry requirements of the full programme.
The Professional Practitioner CPD Series is delivered by a global faculty team, featuring PCC and MCC credentialed coaches from AoEC GB, AoEC Turkey, AoEC Poland, AoEC UAE, and AoEC East Africa. This diverse team brings a wealth of perspectives to a global learning community, ensuring a high standard of coach education.
Through topics including trauma-sensitive coaching, Ubuntu coaching and cross-cultural dynamics, the Professional Practitioner CPD Series equips coaches with practical tools and deeper self-awareness. With a focus on tackling contemporary coaching challenges, it helps participants refine their craft and enhance their ability to support clients in complex real-world contexts.
Lucy Tulloch, head of coach education at AoEC, said: "We developed the Professional Practitioner CPD Series to meet the evolving needs of experienced coaches who want to stay at the forefront of their practice. This approach allows coaches to explore specialist topics in depth while gaining fresh perspectives. It is designed to support coaches in deepening their impact while fitting professional development around other commitments."
Upon completion of the series, participants receive a certificate of completion for 25 coach-specific education hours. These hours can contribute towards accreditation or renewal with professional coaching bodies, including ICF credentials.
